Leo has been helping millions stay up-to-date on the latest in technology since 1991. "We started counting in 2004 when I started doing The Tech Guy show on KFI in Los Angeles," says Leo.
In 2004 was when the show became available for download on the internet. Leo goes on to say, “When you offer shows for download, you start counting: 104 shows a year -- Episode 1, 2, 3...And you get up to 1,000 pretty quick.”
As someone who has had the opportunity to work with Leo -- successfully hosting 1,000 nationally syndicated shows is no easy feat. Leo is one hell of a humble guy. He has created opportunities for so many while successfully building a media empire with his love for radio, technology and the internet.
A few months ago, Dick DeBartolo asked me what my favorite moment was on The Tech Guy. As we celebrate Leo sitting on his ball today for the 1,000th time, I ask you the same:
What is your favorite Tech Guy moment after 1,000 episodes?
"When building something new, it is important to realize that not everyone will understand your model. Don’t get hung up on trying to be complete, but focus on being right."
Congratulations, Facebook, 1 billion users continue to freely give you targeted information with an enormous value to advertisers around the world.
And you celebrate this feat by charging them?
